Notoutplay is typically played by 3 to 6 players uses 52-card pack without jokers. Like other poker and rummy games, Notoutplay starts by putting down a wager.
Players must agree on a fixed wager amount before cards are dealt
Each player receives three cards face down after placing the boot amount
Players can then choose to call or raise their bets
Note: In Notoutplay, all wagers must be in equal amounts. If a player bets 2 coins and another raises to 4, the first player must add 4 more coins (not just 2) to stay in the game.
The object of the game is to have the best three-card hand and to raise the pot before the showdown. Any hand of a higher category beats any hand of a lower category.
