No Refund on Successful Transactions

All payments made towards adding cash to your NotOutPlay wallet are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is successfully completed, the amount cannot be reversed or refunded.

Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted from your bank account:

• It will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 2-3 working days.
   
• If the amount is not refunded within that time, please contact us with the transaction details.
   

Contest Cancellation Refunds

If a contest is canceled due to any reason (technical error, insufficient participants, etc.), the entry fee will be:

• Credited back to your NotOutPlay wallet within a few minutes.

A) Game Cancellations

NotOutPlay Rummy shall not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions of games due to:

• Service provider failures
   
• Technical outages
   
• Network issues
   
• System contamination or viruses
   
• Natural disasters, wars, or civil disturbances
   
• Any force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
   

Refunds will not be processed for such interruptions unless explicitly stated.

B) Refunds for Cancelled Cash Games

1. Points Rummy (Cash Games)
If a Points Rummy Cash Game is cancelled due to technical reasons:

• Players will receive a refund of their table balance to their NotOutPlay wallets.
   
• In cases of detected collusion or cheating, NotOutPlay reserves the right to take strict action, including withholding refunds and suspending accounts.
   

2. Pool Rummy (Cash Games)
If a Pool Rummy Cash Game is cancelled:

• Entry fees (excluding service charges) will be refunded to eliminated players.
   
• Remaining fees will be equally distributed among the remaining players.
   
• In cases of cheating or collusion, entry fees of offending players will be withheld, and appropriate disciplinary action will be taken per our terms.
   

3. Tournaments
If a cash tournament is cancelled:

• Entry fees from eliminated players will be distributed equally among remaining participants.
   
• If cheating is detected, the entry fees of offending players will be held, and the rest refunded accordingly. NotOutPlay Rummy may also take further action depending on the severity.

C) Refunds for Transactions

4. Unutilized or Accidental Transactions

• Users may request a refund for accidental deposits within 4 days of the transaction.
   
• Refunds will be processed within 10 working days upon verification of the request and if the unutilized amount remains intact in the wallet.
   
• Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used. No alternative method will be entertained.
   

5. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

• If any amount is fraudulently credited to a user account and remains unutilized, a refund may be initiated after investigation.
   
• Requests will be processed within 15 working days, and funds must be available in the account.
   
• In case of unauthorized use of your credit/debit card or payment method, NotOutPlay  is not responsible for processing the refund. You must contact your bank or payment provider directly.
   

6. Fraud Investigations

• If a transaction is found to be fraudulent and funds have already been used, the company will cooperate with legal authorities and provide all relevant details.
   
• Refunds in such cases will not be processed by NotOutPlay Rummy.
