Refund Policy

At NotOutPlay, we prioritize your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of online gaming and transactions, refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

1. Unauthorized transactions are proven through valid evidence.
2. Errors or glitches that result in incorrect deductions.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction. Please get in touch with support@letscard.com with transaction details and proof of payment.

Refunds are subject to review and may take 5–10 business days to process.
